The purchased products can be returned with return costs charged to the customer, within 14 days from the delivery date; the returned products must be intact and NOT damaged, used, tested, assembled and possibly the packaging should be reusable and not damaged.

The cost of sending goods is deducted from the cost of the reimbursement, which are on average € 10 - 80 € in function of delivery location.

The products must be accompanied by a receipt or transport document; returns without documentation, unapproved or non-intact goods will not be accepted.
